As a proactive counterintelligence Special Agent within the Army’s Training and Doctrine Command, I spearheaded the development and implementation of an advanced automated workflow using Power Automate and other Microsoft Cloud applications. This initiative was aimed at addressing the inefficiencies in processing large weekly data sets from non DoD government agencies. Recognizing the critical nature of timely and accurate intelligence, I designed custom scripts and automated triggers that pre-processed and tailored data specific to agents' areas of responsibility. This transformational approach ensured that all relevant data was readily accessible and actionable before the start of the week, significantly enhancing operational readiness and strategic response capabilities against insider threats and foreign influence. 

• Innovated an automated data processing workflow using Power Automate and OneDrive to efficiently parse large Excel files from the State Department, significantly reducing the time required to extract mission-critical information from 4 hours to real-time accessibility. 

• Engineered custom scripts and automation triggers that seamlessly integrated data into a specialized spreadsheet, aligning with jurisdictional needs and enabling immediate action on insider threats and foreign influence. 

• Transformed weekly operational protocols by ensuring critical data was pre-processed and tailored to specific agents’ areas of responsibility, ready for analysis before the start of the workweek, thereby enhancing the response time and effectiveness of counterintelligence activities. 

• Led the deployment of cloud-based computing solutions to handle extensive data operations, minimizing reliance on local computer resources and streamlining the data acquisition and analysis process. 

• Facilitated a strategic operational improvement that allowed Special Agents to access pertinent, action-ready intelligence upon arrival on Mondays, boosting productivity and operational readiness within the Training and Doctrine Command.
